Story Marketing

Does this even work?

At any point in time, you have at least 3% of your audience who is looking/ready to buy from you. The problem is that all of your content is focused on nurturing and less focused on converting. Which is the right way to do things, because if you just keep right hooking, no one will want to buy from you.

On ‘Stories’ it’s a little different, because stories are “throw-away” content, we can be a little more aggressive with our marketing, because 5 minutes after someone consumes a story they forget it. We still want to mix in value and free training but at minimum once a week we should throw a right hook to our audience.

Our Goal is to at least throw in one call to action a day. Whether that be to a free training, to join your group, your lower ticket offers or to directly book a call with you

Best  Practices

Stories can sometimes be a little bit of a fickle beast. Engagement can go up and down on any given day. Therefore, we must maximize our chances of getting ‘seen’.

The best way to do that is to utilize the tools available on IG/FB. Here are some of the top tips to getting more views on Stories:

  1. Cover Photo on FB (24 hour delete)
  2. Polls
  3. Music
  4. Sliders
  5. Native Functions
  6. Engaging with other Stories
  7. Reposting your best content on your story
